

- 1/4 watermelon, peeled and diced
 - 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled and diced
 - the juice of one lemon
 - 3 tbsp olive oil
 - some grated fresh ginger (depending if you like it ‘rough’, I would recommend the size of a thumb, peeled)
 - a handful mint leaves, chopped
 - Guérande salt and pepper
 
Recipe:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients
 - Salt and pepper to taste, then serve chilled
