

- 1 cup sticky rice
- 20cl coconut milk
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- the juice of one orange
- 1 salt pinch
- 4 basil leaves
- half a fresh mango, peeled and sliced
- 2 cup fresh red berries (or unfrozen)
- 2 tbsp almonds
- 2 tbsp pistachios
- 2 large pinches of chia seeds
- 4 mint leaves
Recipe:
- The evening before, place the stiky rice in a water bowl and let it soak for at full night. Drain
- Place the rice in a pan with coconut milk, orange juice, salt and basil leaves
- Let it simmer on low heat and stir regularly; the mixture will slightly thicken
- Remove from the heat, retrieve the basil leaves and pour the rice into small bowls
- Top with fresh fruits, almonds, pistachios, chia seeds and mint
- Drizzle with agave syrup before serving tepid or warm
