
- approx. 30 fresh and organic shrimps (peeled but keep the tail)
- 3 big lime
- 4 tbsp Nuoc Mam
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 4 tbsp neutral vegetable oil (grapeseed oil for example)
- 1 cup roasted peanuts, chopped roughly
- 1 cup chopped coriander
- salt and pepper
Recipe:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F
- On an oven dish covered with baking paper, display the shrimps
- With a brush, cover both sides of the shrimps with some oil
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the Nuoc Mam, the sugar, the lime juice, the oil and pour the sauce on the shrimps
- Once cooked (about 15 min), sprinkle with the peanuts and the fresh coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste before serving
