
- 250g plain salted peanuts (or unsalted depending on your taste)
Recipe:
- Pour the peanuts in your food processor
- Run it on medium speed so the peanuts slowly release their oils. It can take from 10 to 20 minutes. Do not go too fast or too slow or the peanuts will not mix into an homogeneous mixture and will not release their oils
- Mix till you get a smooth mixture with small peanut bits (the crunchy peanut butter is the best!)
- Store in a dry container and in your fridge for few days
